Hi there! I'm Sadie, a creative and friendly caregiver with four years of experience with children, adults, and seniors with severe disabilities. I'm passionate about fostering a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children to learn and grow. Currently, I am working as a special education para-educator. I believe in open and respectful communication with parents, ensuring their peace of mind by providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly. I follow the parents' preferred communication method and adhere to their household rules to maintain consistency for the children. My approach to childcare is fun, while focusing on physical, emotional, and intellectual development through varieties of age appropriate activities.
