My name is Sacred, I have a 5-year-old niece and a sister in law who is autistic. Working with them are wonderful it also helps me understand them and prepare for my own in the future. I've worked at a daycare for a year working with newborns - 18-month-olds. I worked as a teacher assistant with 5-year-olds that were on the spectrum, for a year. I will be a great fit for your family because I have patience, leadership and I'm great at communicating. I can make an impact by building a strong relationship with your children, demonstrating care and empathy, and encouraging them to take on challenges and learn from their mistakes and believe that they can improve. I have a different heart for Children, I treat them like my own. I know that they are the future and they need great guides to help them be great.
