About Sabrina

My name is Sabrina, and I am deeply passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care for others. With 20 years of experience as a Direct Support Professional, I hold an MHRT-1 certification as well as CPR and First Aid training. I have worked in a variety of settings, including assisted living homes, group homes for both forensic and civil cases, home health, and substance abuse facilities. I specialize in creating validating environments where individuals feel heard, seen, and supported through their challenges. Known for my patience, down-to-earth approach, and compassion, I continuously strive to grow and become the best version of myself. Outside of caregiving, I am passionate about writing poetry, graphic design, connecting with nature, and practicing self-care. Additionally, I have experience in life coaching, housekeeping, and pet sitting.
