We set up a time for house cleaning services and she did not show up or let me know that she would be late. When I reached out 20 minutes after the scheduled time, she tried to reschedule but I told her the new day didn't work and she stopped responding. This is unfortunate because I really thought she would be a good fit and this was my first experience using Care.com.
