Hello! I am currently a second year kindergarten teacher in an urban school district. I attended Montclair State University and received my bachelors degree in Family Science and Human Development with a concentration in teaching P-3. I have worked with students from the ages of 2-10 years old. I have tutored for many families the past three years. I have experience in teaching phonics, math, word problems, writing & guided reading. I believe all children are able to learn and that sometimes it takes a little more extra practice and intentional teaching and learning to get a student there.
