Sabrina is not only tenacious about doing a good job but she also goes overboard to please. She is punctual, honest, dependable and can be left in charge of any project. She is so good that one tends to under pay her for her actual services. Be sure to set up actual guidelines and pay her for each project so her initiative doesn't wear her out and she doesn't get under paid either.
