I have extensive experience supporting individuals with special needs across multiple settings and age groups. I currently work full-time as a behavior technician in both a center and an elementary school, where I implement behavior plans, support skill development, and build meaningful relationships with the individuals I serve. I am actively working toward my RBT certification and am enrolled in a Master's program in ABA, with the goal of becoming a BCBA. In addition, I bring six years of experience as a direct support professional working with adults (18+) with autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and Williams syndrome. Through this work, I have developed strong skills in communication, patience, and individualized care. I am passionate about helping others grow, gain independence, and feel supported, and I am committed to continuing my career in this field.
