I am a Certified Home Health Aide, and I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I provide transportation, run errands, shop, perform light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I strive to understand each person's preferences and history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I provide verbal updates during visits and communicate with families according to their preferences.
