Hello, Thank you for choosing to learn a little bit more about me. I am a native to the Lake Chelan area. I was born and raised here. I have always worked with children in some capacity all my adult life. I owned and operated my own childcare business for 15 years before moving to Wyoming. While there I received my K-8 degree and went to work at a Child development center. It was there I received some amazing training working with developmentally delayed and special needs children. While this was a dream job, the death of my spouse is what brought me home. I previously taught Transitional Kindergarten in a neighboring town. I am a caring, compassionate person who has found my nitch working with a diverse range of children. I would be grateful for the opportunity to care for your child or children. I have rated other services and products 5 stars in the past, and after working with Sabraa, I feel like I need to go back and reduce all of those to 4 stars because she sets a new standard! She was hands down the best caretaker we've had. We hired her for 5 weeks during the summer to watch two kids. First and most important, the kids loved her. She has a background in education and brought games, toys, and learning activities that they enjoyed. She helped my 5-year old with OT and my 10-year old with homework. She thought of fun activities and was super hands on and active with them. She also managed the complex situation of having my parents around -- including a mom with Alzheimer's -- like an absolute pro. She helped with cooking, tidying, driving, scheduling... she made my life as a working parent so much easier. I cannot recommend Sabraa highly enough.
