About Sable

I am an experienced teacher, special educator/early interventionist, and caregiver consultant. I have over 15 years of experience working with children of all ages in various settings with a focus on early intervention, in-home care and therapy, and inclusive/affirming practices. I love music, art, the outdoors, learning new things, and staying active. I'm a huge animal lover so families with pets are welcome and encouraged! I like to learn new things and my general philosophy is to follow whatever the children are interested in to keep learning fun and new. I am enrolled in the Oregon background registry for teachers, as well as being certified as an early interventionist. I hold training in several methods of skill building for exceptional children, with a focus on ASD and ADHD.
