I prioritize creating a comfortable environment and adapt to changing routines, handle confusion, and de-escalate stressful situations. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I am experienced in respite care, transportation, hospice services, errands, home health, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I have a high school degree, current CPR and First Aid certifications, a car, and I'm comfortable with pets.
