About Ryssa

Hi, my name is Ryssa. I currently work at Advocate Condell Medical Center as a Patient Care Technician in the float pool, where I provide hands on care and support to patients with a wide range of needs. Working in the float pool has made me skilled at adapting to different units and situations, giving me strong experience across many areas of patient care. I am CPR certified and have experience assisting with daily activities, mobility, and creating a safe, comfortable environment. I am also in nursing school, which continues to strengthen my knowledge and passion for patient care. I enjoy getting to know the people I care for and treating them with patience, compassion, and respect. Outside of work, I love being outdoors and staying active, especially rock climbing. My goal is to provide reliable, thoughtful care that not only meets daily needs but also helps brighten someone's day.
