When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and transparent dialogue. I provide regular updates on their child's day, either verbally at pickup or through text or phone calls, depending on their preference. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and consistent environment for the children in my care. When it's time for fun and games, I enjoy engaging children in board games and puzzles, educational games that promote learning, and even technology-based games and apps.
