Hi, I'm Rylie! I'm a teacher and caregiver with 10+ years of experience with children from infants to teens. I have a strong background supporting neurodivergent kids with research-based strategies, and I also work with multilingual families - I'm fluent in English and an intermediate Spanish speaker. With a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) and a Multiple Subject Teaching credential - plus certifications in First Aid & CPR, Early Childhood Education (ECE), and social-emotional development - I create a safe, enriching environment where kids can thrive. Bringing joy and nurturing care to children is my passion. Families describe me as patient, warm and bubbly, and dependable! I value open communication and always follow parents' preferred routines. I love engaging kids with outdoor play, board games, crafts, and educational activities. I'm also happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, travel, and swimming supervision.
