About Rylie

I started working with kids when I was 17 at a daycare. I've worked at multiple daycares since then throughout college from infants - 10-year-olds! I also completed my degree in social studies education for secondary, but I still love the little ones! I value strong communication between myself and families. I'm always going to give you a clear picture of how the day went and make sure you feel up to date on how things are going! As an educator, I know kids have good and bad days and highs and lows throughout the day. I lead any encounters with children with patience and empathy. Lastly, but most importantly, safety is always my number one priority. If you have a child with allergies, illnesses, or other concerns, as long as I have all the info, I'm confident in my abilities to care for them! A little about me: I'd describe my personality as enthusiastic, empathetic, and fun loving! In my spare time, I like to be outside, craft, read, do yoga, and travel!
