About Ryley

I'd describe my personality as grounded, creative and passionate. I like working with kids because I love the way their eyes light up when they discover the world around them! I'm looking for a job that benefits both myself and those I take care of. Clear expectations and communication is key! I started working with kids from the time I was 12 years old and would babysit my four younger siblings. I have been doing nanny jobs my whole life in addition to working at childcare centers, volunteering at elementary schools, leading summer camp and being a preschool teacher. In my spare time, I like to sing, play the ukulele, be outside and go on runs, paint or read :) One thing you should know about me is that I care deeply about your wellbeing and like it when people are upfront about what they want so I can be sure to provide that! My skills include providing a healthy learning environment, organization, and communication.
