About Rylee

Hello, my name is Rylee! I'm 20 years old. I have 2. 5 years of experience working with children in both childcare and special education, and I truly enjoy helping kids learn, grow, and have fun every day. I love creating a positive, welcoming environment where every child feels safe, supported, and encouraged to be themselves. My experience includes helping with daily routines, planning and supervising engaging activities, promoting positive behavior, and working closely with teachers and families to support each child's academic, social, and emotional development. I am also CPR and First Aid certified, giving me the skills and confidence to help keep children safe while they explore, play, and learn.
