I'm an a 19-year-old student at WSU Pullman with 3 years of experience as a babysitter and nanny for triplets (2 girls, 1 boy). I'm studying Psychology and minoring in Human Development because I firmly believe that every role in a child's life is important, including that of a caregiver. I'm a very bubbly, out going, patient, and creative person, with strong moral values. I'm comfortable with any family's communication style, and I'm assertive, yet gentle, when it comes to enforcing household rules because I understand how important structure can be to kids. I am also happy to help with carpooling, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I enjoy playing board games, doing crafts, and creating games for kids from household items. I am comfortable with any age range between 1-12, but specifically enjoy working with ages 4-10. I am most available on weekends, evenings and overnight. I am looking forward to helping your family!

We have had Rylee as our regular babysitter for more than 3 years. She is wonderful with my 3 children and great at managing their needs and inevitable squabbles. She keeps them entertained and active, and they so enjoy having her around whenever she is available. She has done both crafts and outdoor activities with them and doesn't rely on electronics. Rylee gives me a heads up if there are scheduling issues or conflicts. She has always been reliable as our full time summer babysitter!
