About Rylee

Hi! I'm Rylee, and I have over 10 years of childcare experience with children from infancy through age 14, including children with autism. For the past year, I've been a full-time nanny and am currently looking for a new family due to reduced hours with my current position. I'm also a mom to a 15-month-old daughter who currently comes with me and has become best friends with the child I care for. Beginning in August, she will attend Mother's Morning Out through our church three mornings a week (8 AM-12 PM), so I would need flexibility for a quick pickup on those days. I believe in following each family's parenting style while creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment. I enjoy incorporating Montessori-inspired activities, outdoor play, reading, and hands-on learning. My goal isn't just to watch children, but to help them grow, learn, and thrive.
