We cannot recommend her highly enough for several reasons: • Attentive & Proactive: Rylee didn’t just watch our son; she truly cared for him. She took the initiative to keep all bottles washed and organized, which was a huge help to us as parents. • Reliable Routine Management: She was fantastic at following his schedule, ensuring he was fed on time and stayed on a consistent nap routine—which is no small feat with an infant! • Engaging & Playful: She spent her time actively playing and interacting with him. Our son absolutely loves her and lights up whenever she arrives. Though she has been with us for a six-month stint, we haven't been able to let her go! We continue to hire her for weekend babysitting because of the trust and bond she has built with our son. Any family would be lucky to have her.
