About Rylee Olivia

For the past decade, I've had the privilege of caring for children (both neurotypical and neurodivergent) of all ages, from infants to pre-teens and I've also gotten to work with people my own age with disabilities. My approach is rooted in patience and creativity, and I'm passionate about fostering each child's unique development through engaging in educational activities appropriate for their age, arts and crafts and outdoor adventures. I am happy to do any cooking, light housekeeping, grocery shopping and carpooling that is wanted. I always follow the parents' lead when it comes to household rules and preferred communication methods. I have First Aid and CPR Training. I've also taken early childhood development classes and I'm always researching and looking into more ways to better myself as a caretaker. I find a lot of inspiration from both Montessori and Waldorf teaching methods. I'm excited to meet you and hopefully be the support you are searching for!
