About Rylee

Hi, I'm Rylee! I'm a TEFL-certified English tutor specializing in children, young adults, and adult learners, with a focus on grammar, writing, and communication skills. I earned a 5 in AP English Language and Composition and a 4 in AP Literature while in high school, and later completed advanced college-level courses in English Composition, Advanced Composition Writing, English Literature, and Creative Nonfiction. I've taught Communication and Technology to young adults, provided homework and reading support for children as a nanny, and tutored refugees studying for U. S. citizenship exams. For two years, I also worked with young adults with mental illness and neurodivergent traits (including ADHD and autism) - helping them develop life skills, manage routines and medication, improve diet, and explore career goals. My approach is patient, engaging, and adaptable, and I love helping every learner build confidence and reach their full potential.
