Rylee is very sweet and was fantastic with my son. However commitment issues was the concern. I hired her, depending on her for her for my child’s care. She called in sick on the first day. Worked the second, and then the morning of my next shift cancelled on me due to too much school work, leaving me high and dry with no care taker, which affected my job. Overall, not reliable. Would not recommend
