Hi my name is Rylee! I love to have fun while staying busy and active. I have nannied for 5 amazing families with the children's ages ranging between 3 months and 6 years old. I have also spent 2 years in the school systems as instructional support staff but have found my calling with close and direct contact with my "nanny kids". It is my passion to watch the kids grow as individuals under my care and assist families with what they need. I take pride in what I do as I am also a mama to a beautiful 1-year-old girl. I am great at housekeeping chores, remaining quick on my feet, assisting/teaching curriculums, and consistently providing the care the families need at a high level. SIMPLY AMAZING!!! Rylee was a true gift for our family. She joined us in July 2023 when our daughter was 7 months old, barely crawling, only drinking milk, and on a waitlist at daycare. Rylee’s warm, positive, and energetic personality instantly won over our daughter and she immediately became an integral part of our family. Rylee not only provided basic child care, but she actively worked daily to help our daughter achieve her “milestones” ahead of “schedule.” Within weeks, our daughter was eating solids (skipping purees), learned basic baby sign language, learned to eat from a bowl, and was walking by 11 months, among other “milestones.” Rylee is also very flexible in her approach and did not hesitate to incorporate our desired curriculum into her practice such as reading four books per day in Spanish and singing Spanish songs to our daughter despite Rylee not being a native Spanish speaker, or not having any screens during the day. She was also flexible with her time, being available to work late on short notice when work demanded a late night or date night so my husband and I could unwind. Rylee is not only a great co-parent, but she is a wonderful person. We would love to keep her, but our daughter is finally off the waitlist. HIRE HER.
