I have five years of teaching and disability support experience, specializing in English, Science, History, and Special Education for elementary through high school students. I hold a college degree and have experience supporting students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). In addition, I have over 20 years of childcare experience and began babysitting when I was a teen, which helped develop my patience, adaptability, and genuine love for working with children. I believe children learn best in supportive environments where they feel safe, encouraged, and understood. I tailor my approach to each child's individual needs and learning style while maintaining clear communication, consistency, and patience.
