About Rylan

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, intelligent, and open-minded. I like working with kids because children bring me joy. I have four siblings myself so I love to be surrounded by different age groups. I'm looking for a job that helps me develop my knowledge in Human Development, I am going to school for Occupational Therapy. I started working with kids when I was very young, whether it was family members or family friends. In my spare time, I like to run. I have ran since the fourth grade and competed in collegiate level racing. Additionally, I enjoy art, music, and reading books. Furthermore, I love spending quality time with family and friends. Some things you should know about me is that I am non-judgmental and can work under pressure. I understand how it feels to get overwhelmed with cleaning and caring for children- I'm here to help! My skills include conflict management and resolution, support whether that be emotionally or physically, and higher education.
