About Ryder

I am Ryder. I moved back to Dallas after graduating with my Masters from Duke University and worked remotely in philanthropic advising and strategy for two years. I'm taking a break from corporate life from the summer to prepare for my September wedding and would love to find a family to help PT while I'm on sabbatical. I previously worked full-time at the Women's Foundation of Arkansas, au paired for seven and a half months abroad in Milan, Italy and worked at Second Presbyterian Preschool in Little Rock, AR working with children from 4 months to 4 years. I have babysat for over 15 years and have experience with children newborn to teens! I love children and most of my professional and educational work has focused on improving children's educational opportunities and well-being using policy and philanthropy. I can provide references upon request. I graduated from Texas Christian University in 2017 and originally grew up in Little Rock, AR.
