Ryan use to take care of my grandson that was diagnosed with Autism. He not only encouraged him to participate I projects when at times did not want to engage, Ryan was so gentle & very patient with his needs. He always took care of my grandson with such passion for teaching him to do his very best and always challenging him with such professionalism. I have encountered so many instructors and AIDS that had requirements to work with special needs children. I have yet to witness the teachers and teachers Aide show any love and patience with these children that Ryan did with my grandson and any other children with special needs. He’s even taught me a lot as well as I watched him discipline when discipline was needed with my grandson and he did it with such love and always looking out for my grandson’s best interest. I would highly recommend him.
