About Ryan

Hi families! I'm a youth and family services professional with over 10 years of experience working with children, teens, and families. I currently work in youth programming here in Bend and am available for evening and weekend babysitting. My background includes youth development, behavioral health, and trauma-informed care. I'm experienced in building trusting relationships, creating safe and supportive environments, and remaining calm and patient in challenging situations. I believe great childcare goes beyond supervision. It's about helping children feel safe, supported, and engaged while their parents are away. I'm happy to follow your family's routines and provide attentive, individualized care. I'm also a certified CPR instructor, with current certification through January 2028. I'm looking to connect with a few local families for date nights and occasional childcare, and I'd love to be someone you can count on!
