I'm a clean, organized, militant individual that doesn't feel comfortable unless I'm in a clean environment. I do whatever it takes to make homes functional and flow. I'm an excellent painter, gardener, yard man, all around knowledgeable handyman. I know my limitations and always can direct a larger problem to the right route for positive results.

He did a good job of cleaning but was not reliable. He agreed to work on a mutually selected date and canceled within a hour of the agreed arrival time. He agreed to come next day at an agreed time, 10AM he arrived at 11:30AM . He said he could work the next day. I paid him and gave him a $20 tip and gave him an extra $20 for a supply. I received a call about 8:30PM from Ryan. He asked me to tell him the truth and then stated he received an email from Care stating to no longer have contact with me. I contacted Care and was told that did not happen. Bottom line I'm not sure about him. Will say he did a good job.
