About Ryann

I'd describe my personality as Dependable, Caring, and Perceptive. I enjoy working with kids because the energy and creativity that is brought into everyday. I love being that steady, caring presence who make them feel safe, supported and encouraged as they grow. I'm looking for a job where I can create a safe and caring environment for the kids I care for while working with a family that values consistency, respect and communication. I started working with kids when I was younger. I'm the oldest out of three so taking care of younger ones is in my nature. It really helped my build my career path in teaching! One thing you should know about me is because I work with kids through my school career, it's made me more aware of the behaviors in children. Example, if the child is supported at home they are more likely to do better at school, have better social skills and participate more in extracurriculars.
