About Ryanna

My ideal job gives me the opportunity to further my knowledge in working with children. I am studying psychology with the goal of focusing and working on kids so first hand experience working with them is lovely! I started working with kids when I was around 10. My mother was a single mother so growing up I was a vital role in helping her take care of my siblings. As I got older I babysat for family friends and when I turned 18 I applied on Care. I've babysat off and on for about 3 years on care and I took a break to focus on school! I've also worked in daycare settings and help run Sunday School and Mid week at my church. I do have experience with behavioral issues and special needs children. My youngest daughter is autistic and I have been learning as I go. I have gained so much knowledge and help along the way since her diagnosis. I have special knowledge in calm down skills, Redirection, and stimulation plus many more techniques.
