About Ryanna

Bringing joy, structure, and nurturing care to children is my passion. I have 4 years of experience working with children of all ages, including 3 years as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in school districts, home settings and summer programs. I've supported children from infants to pre-teens, including children with autism, developmental delays, and behavioral needs. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children at a time, following household rules, and collaborating closely with parents. I enjoy outdoor play, sensory activities, educational games, arts and crafts, and board games. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and carpooling. It would be my pleasure to bring my experience, patience, and enthusiasm to your family!
