About Ryan

For over 10 years, I've been dedicated to nurturing children's growth and development, driven by my passion and positive experiences in previous child care roles. I aim to positively impact each child's life. I am patient, calm, creative, and nurturing. I enjoy imaginative play, recognizing its importance in every aspect of a child's life. I also appreciate the importance of open-ended play and child-led learning. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, including verbal updates at pickup. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I love playing outdoor sports, board games, and puzzles with kids. I am comfortable caring for up to four children of all ages. I have some college experience, early childhood development coursework, and experience with special needs children. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I'm happy to help with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, crafts, and swimming supervision. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
