About Ryan

Hi there! I'm someone who's super passionate about working with little ones. I spent about a year and a half at Berea College's Child Development Lab, mostly hanging out with the zero-to-three age group (and occasionally bouncing around with the older kiddos up to age seven). I've got a degree in Child and Family Studies and I'm working on my master's in Family Science. My approach is a lot like Reggio Emilia (think of it like Montessori's cousin), so I treat kids as capable, curious little humans. I'm fun, patient, and love helping kids learn and grow. Oh, and I also know a bit of sign language for the little ones who are still finding their words. Looking forward to meeting you and your family!
