We were lucky enough to hire Ryan at the beginning of COVID to help with our 2 boys. She went above and beyond, putting together lesson plans while schools were closed and coming 5 days a week without fail. She was our primary babysitter/nanny for years until she moved further away. She was always on time, great at communication, always positive, happy and helpful. Over time we had a third boy and she was up for watching all three at the same time. She became part of the family. Can't recommend highly enough.
