About Ruth

Ruth started working for our family in March 2020 and will work with us through September 2023. She cared for our son from when he was a few months old until he was almost 3 and our daughter from a few months old until she was 8 months old. Ruth worked part time for us, typically working 2 days a week. Ruth was exceptional with our children, always treating them like one of her own. She was always on time and willing to pick up extra days when our schedule required it. She loved to bring different activities like art supplies and instruments for our children to try and would enthusiastically play with them throughout the day. She spent lots of time reading with our children and cultivating their passion for learning new things. Our kids loved when "Nanny Ruth" was watching them and we never worried about leaving them in her care. Ruth particularly enjoyed taking the kids outside and she loved to engage them in nature picking berries, trimming flowers, and going for long walks.
