About Ruth

Hello families! My name is Ruthie, I am a mother to a awesome 12-year-old girl and I have been taking care of children for 18+ years. I am absolutely passionate about what I do! With the care I provide, I love to encourage using the imagination, outdoor play and learning with everything that we do. I am very interested in nutritional health and love to provide fun, healthy meals and to help teach kids where our food comes from (I love to garden and have one of my own!) I love arts and crafts and I am very big on learning and expressing ourselves through art. I also studied classical ballet for 10 years and it is something that is still dear to my heart. Positive and gentle parenting is very important to me and I practice it with my own daughter.
