About Ruth

Hi, my name is Ruth, though I sometimes go by Rue. I have three years of paid childcare experience, along with many years of informal experience when I was younger, and I truly enjoy watching kids grow, learning alongside them, and celebrating their milestones. I am caring, goofy, and playful, bringing fun, warmth, and positivity into a child's day. I also love animals, especially dogs and cats, and enjoy spending time outdoors, whether hiking or going to the beach. I have reliable transportation and am comfortable helping with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and other chores. Working with children is incredibly rewarding, as I love supporting their development while giving parents peace of mind.
