I am a lady who worked as an early interventionist in special education and loves critters. A dog mom and dog lover wrapped in one. Honestly, I see quite a connection between tending to the needs of families and their precious children and that of their family pets. For one thing, pets are "family". My reason for liking to pet-sit is my interest in dog massage (wellbeing) which I plan to study and also in my belief that pets have therapy superpowers.
