About Ruth

Hi, my name is Ruth and as a former kindergarten and preschool teacher with three grown kids myself, I have a lot of experience with children. I've also been a nanny since 2016 and have great references. I enjoy working with children because they truly are the light of this world. I love thier curiosity and enthusiasm when they discover new things, or are just playing games! I'm inspired by how simple things bring them so much joy. I wholeheartedly believe in my role as nanny or babysitter, which is, of course, to be able to provide them with a nurturing, kind adult who cares about them while you are at work. I'm fun while being able to maintain structure, help them follow directives, stay safe, and learn as they grow. I believe great communication with families helps maintain a relationship of trust and understanding. Let's talk!
