Hi I am the mom of a first year college student. I grew one of seven children; spent my youth providing babysitting and childcare in both home and daycare settings; and also have 20 nieces and nephews whom I spend a great deal of time with. I have provided care for children from infancy through age 15. I have more than two decades worth of childcare experience. I currently watch a children out of my home in Brighton and I am looking to add another family for either part time or full time care. Please feel free to reach out with questions. As a mother of two young girls, selecting a childcare provider was an extremely stressful process. The world is a scary place. Finding someone that my kids would feel safe and comfortable with was my priority. We were truly blessed to find Ruth. She has one of those personalities that makes you feel comfortable and at ease as soon as you meet her. She has shown my daughters nothing but kindness, respect, joy, and love. They play. They learn. They laugh. She is always attentive and involved. Something my mom always taught me about parenting young girls was to make sure to surround them with as many positive female influences as possible. I am so thankful that I am able to add Ruth to that category of women in both mine and my girls lives.
