I hold a college degree and am a Licensed Practising Nurse and Certified Nursing Assistant. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I understand the importance of building connections by learning about your loved one's preferences and history. I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports. I provide respite care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
