About Ruth

Hi, I'm Ruth! I'm 18 and from Plainfield and am looking for consistent/full time babysitting jobs to help me get through college. I recently graduated high school and will be attending UIC in the fall to get my BFA in Fine Arts, so I'm available in city and the suburbs. I've babysat neighborhood kids and primarily cared for my younger sister for about 4 years. I'm most comfortable with ages 3+, and I'm happy to help with pets, chores, and light housekeeping if pay reflects those extra tasks. I have a valid license and my own car for any transportation needs (this excludes city sitting). While not CPR certified yet, I will 100% receive training if the family feels more comfortable. I adore working with kids and want to become an art educator someday, so I love keeping kids creative through arts and crafts. My goal is to make sure every child feels safe, heard, and cared for.
