About Ruth

I enjoy spending time with seniors as they offer knowledge and wisdom that only those with so much life experience can offer. I long to help seniors remain as independent as possible, especially when the effects of aging are taking place, all in the comfort of their own home. I cared for my grandmother who went blind in her 60's. Although this was a very difficult for her I tried to help her find new things to do without her sight. I also assisted her with her medication management, meals and housekeeping. I offer the following: - Running errands/transportation (with or without senior) - Entertaining (I love to sing, read, play games and am learning piano) - Cooking/baking - Housekeeping (laundry, dishes, cleaning) - Medication management - Relaxation (manicure/pedicure, hair styling, facials) - Companionship I will care for seniors as if they were my own grandparent, with love and gentleness to help create a better quality of life.
