About Ruth

I have seven years of experience providing compassionate home health care to seniors with mobility and memory issues. Prior to this, I worked for one year as a certified nursing assistant at a local hospital, where my patients liked my care so much that they asked me to care for them at home after leaving the hospital. My services include bathing, dressing, assisting with movement and exercise (according to the patient's abilities), healthy meal preparation and light cleaning/housework, all of which I provide for my patients with the same level of care that I would provide to a member of my own family. I have my own car which I can use to provide transportation to appointments and shop for groceries or pick up medications. My Virginia state certification as a nursing assistant is valid and up to date. I can provide references from previous patients and their family members upon request.
