For 20 years I have been wiping noses, catching tears, changing diapers, leading epic park adventures, teaching the skills of kite flying, fishing, hiking and all things outdoors! 
I have raised 6 humans of my own who are now thriving adults! I have partnered with a ton of families from newborns to teens in navigating this thing called life. I've also had experience with kids (under the age of 5) that are on the spectrum.
What I would love to offer you is a safe and fun space for your kid(s) to thrive! Currently, I'm looking to step in for part-time help, after school or date night's. Special occasions or if you just need a day to yourself, let me take your kiddo to the park, museum, movies, etc. I have an extensive collection of random park knowledge to fit the type of adventure your kid(s) is looking for. Bring exceptional!  As a ftm, I knew I needed someone with patience, experience and respect for my needs. She surpassed these expectations. She genuinely cares for, signs with, and teaches him (age appropriately)! Bonus,  they go on field trips- he’s not even one & has experienced the best times with her all while sticking to my very particular regime. She communicates and sends pictures throughout the day so I can be a part of his adventures! She’s flexible, prepared and has endless activities at her disposal. I trust her with my baby, and am so grateful she shows up for my son and I!

The best ever!! She was able to come last minute when I had another sitter cancel and she made me feel so comfortable since this was my first time having someone babysit my 2 kids. She did baby yoga with my infant and took great care of my toddler. Will definitely be booking with her again!

Ruthanne watched my three girls this past Friday night and was absolutely amazing! My girls had a wonderful time with her doing arts/crafts/creative projects and felt very safe and comfortable with her at home with them. I would 100% recommend her if you need someone to help out with our little ones!

First time mom here who booked Ruthanne to care for our newborn son last minute (like I needed her to watch him in 6 hrs from the time I booked). She was early so I could go over everything needed for my son. Not only did she give excellent care to our baby who looked happily rested and fed when I came home, she even tidied up a bit around the house. This helped me tremendously and took off a lot of stress I had as new mom. Even though it seems like a simple service - it helped give me a piece of mind that my baby was safe and happy since we have been having issues with sleep deprivation at home and needed some relief for a night. She is professional, punctual and very experienced at what she does. 

Ruth has lots of energy to play with my son. You can tell she had lots of experiences and really enjoy her job. Definitely will use her more often. Thank you

Oh Ms. Ruth! Listen, I don't want to say she's the absolute best because I don't want her to get snatched, but she's the absolute best! She communicated so well and clearly that I immediately felt comfortable. She got to my house a few minutes early so I could go over things and show her around. The moment my boys woke up, she didn't hesitate or wait for me to tell her what to do- she is a natural nurturing mama bear, but is not afraid to lovingly redirect your babies. She came with activities planned and my sons were so comfortable with her. She was even able to somehow put our two year old down for a nap! Her values aligned with our family values and I totally trust her with my boys and know that she will take good care of them and help them grow into great humans. Parents, she is definitely someone you want as a part of your "village".

Ruth was amazing with all of the children! She is very experienced and professional with all ages! She helped us with an event where we provided a daycare and all of the parents loved her! I would definitely recommend her to anyone and hire her again!

Ruthanne was amazing!! I immediately felt comfortable with her as soon as I met her. My boys loved her and were also comfortable with her. She communicated with me throughout the day. She even cleaned and tidied up my place which is always a huge bonus to come home to. 

Ruthanne was the first non-family member to watch our 8 month old son, so we were a bit nervous going in. From the moment she stepped through the door though, we knew our baby was in great hands. Her passion, care, and attention to detail put us right at ease.

Also, our son loved her! They took to each other right away, so we were able to enjoy date night without worrying a bit. She even sent us a goodnight picture at bedtime, which we really appreciated. 

If I could give more stars, I would. Ruthanne will definitely be our first contact next time we need a babysitter.

You know, no amount of money can be paid for someone to love and treat kids like their own. She truly loves kids and can relate with them in all ways. I would hire her many more times.  My kids love her and said so many nice things about her.  

Ruthanne is punctual and charismatic with children. She has the ability to be firm while engaging kids in fun activities that require teamwork and thinking skills. She is a babysitter who comes prepared to have fun with the kids and leaves your space better than you left it. I would hire her again.
