Ruth was hired as a full-time overnight caregiver for my father. He was 94 and experiencing both organ failure and dementia. My mother was his primary caregiver and quickly came to trust and rely on Ruth implicitly. She was head and shoulders above the others we hired, in responsibility, compassion, intelligence, knowledge, and overall pathos. She was just a gem, going above and beyond her official job description over and over, including the night of my father's death. Our whole family could not more highly recommend her.
