I'm passionate about helping students unlock their full potential through personalized support. I have a graduate degree and three years of experience empowering students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I actively listen to students and observe their interactions with new material, encouraging open communication to discover the best learning methods for them. I connect challenging topics to real-world examples and break down complex problems into manageable steps to build momentum. Communication is essential for understanding student needs, setting expectations, and building trust. I am experienced with Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and student accommodation plans (504). Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment and seeing their confidence grow is the most rewarding part of tutoring. I can help with English, Foreign Language, Computers, Special Education, and Study Skills at the college level.
