About Ru

Hi! My name is Ruvimbo but you can call me Ru! I am a caring, dependable nanny and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with experience working with children on the autism spectrum. I work with children ages 3-12 and focus on creating a safe, supportive, and positive environment. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences and am currently enrolled in a Master's program, which allows me to combine education with hands-on experience. I use patience, structure, and positive reinforcement to support emotional regulation, independence, and daily routines. I'm comfortable with meal prep, homework help, and age-appropriate activities. Safety, reliability, and open communication with parents are very important to me, and my goal is to give families peace of mind while helping children feel happy and supported.
